Our fully air-conditioned, Brand new villa, offers over 2000sq ft of Floridian living. Several Palm Trees are situated around our home.

Master Bedroom:
The first master bedroom has a King size bed. A 20" LCD flat screen TV which is connected to cable TV. There is a large walk-in closet for your clothes. It has it's own en-suite bathroom with an oversized shower with easy access for guests with mobility difficulties. Enjoy the feeling of waking up to a view of the swimming pool.

2nd Master Bedroom:
The second master bedroom has a Queen size bed. A portable TV, which is connected to Cable TV. Another closet can be found in here to hang all your clothes.
Second master bedroom has it's own large en-suite bathroom. Easy access out onto the pool deck from the bedroom.

1st Twin Bedroom:
The first twin also has a large walkin closet and a Portable Cable TV

|
Kitchen:
The Kitchen has a large fridge freezer with ice maker and filered water on tap. A combi microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster & electric tea kettle and all finshed off with Granite worktops.

Family Room:
The family room has a 32" Cable TV/DVD & a PS2 with dual controls. Large comfortable sofa's to seat 8 guests with splendid views over the pool.

Breakfast Nook:
Spendid views over the pool & lanai whilst having breakfast.

Dinning area:
6 seated dining table for those special occasions.

Pool:
30ft x 15ft swiming pool with a Jacuzzi/Spa to relax in.
A child security safety net surrounds the pool.
The pool is South-westerly for watching those perfect sunsets.

Games Room:
Consists of a Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Table Tennis, Foosball, Basketball Shoot Out, Darts Board & a Gaming Table.
Tennis Rackets can be found in the games room.

1st Master Bathroom:
1st Master en-suite Bathroom has his & her vanity sinks set in cultured marble. Hollywood lighting sets the scene. To the side is a oversized walk-in shower.

2nd Master Bathroom:
2nd Master Bathroom also has twin vanity sinks set in marble. A seperate toilet to the side.

Lanai:
The huge Lanai/pool deck is 34ft x 15ft. Ideal to catch that perfect tan while reading that novel. The poolside furniture has a large table with 6 chairs which sit under the lanai's ceiling mounted fan for extra comfort. There is also 6 sunloungers.

Baby Facilities:
High Chair, Stroller & Cot/Playyard are included free of charge.

West Haven:
Our community entrance with Palm Tree lined roads
The entrance to the Manors is gated. To the left is a children's play area, cabana and a Tennis Court, which is only exclusive to guests on the Manors.

Champions Gate:
Some great golfing courses are only a 2 minute drive from Champions Gate. Also the new Omini Hotel with several restaurants.
